i'm matt, a 39-year-old sportswriter who wants to be able to find a place to sleep and work, with work involving the ability to watch tv and set up directv in my room. that's my only real need in terms of logistics.

to any prospective landlord or manager, i would only add that if you have a large room available, being able to take in 2 people, not just 1, would enable two people to split costs and very easily pay rent for a very long time. i do have a friend who could sorely use that kind of arrangement. that having been said, if you can take only one person per room and have a strict policy about that, i'd be interested in a room if it's affordable enough.

i'm very quiet and keep to myself. i don't have many needs other than affordability and being able to do my work.
