I am looking for one or more roommaes in their twenties/early thirties, gender not important, preferably without children. I am looking to be socially active and involved in the community since I’ve been quarantining with my family since last March. I would like to be friendly and hang out, though I will absolutely respect your personal time and space. I would like you to have steady income and a generally predictable schedule. I do not mind a bit of mess, but in general, I’d like to keep our shared areas clean. I would prefer if we can communicate openly about issues. Overnight guests and friends over are great, just let me know ahead of time and I will do the same for you. Smoking is fine if done outside. I would also love it if you had a pet, because I miss my cats.
