i am a 23 male, a new incoming grad student to nc state, will be studying aerospace engineering here for about 4 years, financially responsible for my part of the rent/utilities. i concider myself polite, friendly, clean and quiet, but not a clean-freak. i usually dont drink nor party. i will study or play some video games (sc2, d3, etc.) while at home for the most of time. i occationally cook. oh bty i prefer wired internet connection than wifi cus of my desktop.

my ideal roommate would be respecting, similarly clean, not drunk all the time, not a fan of party, and not always bringing random people into the apartment. it is ok for me if you have cats or dogs. male or female (as long as you are good with living with a male).
