hi! my name is case. i'm a 30 year-old guy who's been living in the area for a fair amount of time. i've been working at voice box karaoke for a little over two years. i cook! i clean! i play the theremin (when there's nobody around to bother, anyway)! i lack both pets and any criminal history! i'm looking for a room of my own with a roof over my head, and one or more chill roommates to split the rent check with. i'm not loud, and i'm not one to throw huge parties, and i tend to work weekends. i also have a magnificent beard.
