need room long term. will share bathroom. rent must include utilities. i have ~steady income. i sleep during the day and up until early am. i am respectful of others schedules, and am quiet. i am friendly, clean up after myself, will pitch in as health issues allow, provide & prepare my own food, provide own toiletries, etc.., i can't really afford to do my laundry, so use of washer & dryer would be ideal. will buy cleaning supplies to help contribute to cleaning shared bathroom. need use of kitchen. need access to internet/wifi. drink occasionally, not to get drunk. have own car, so anywhere within the portland metro area is fine to live. even willing to relocate to vancouver, wa, if a long term agreement can be made. trying to avoid being homeless. ideal move in date is august 5th.
