im relocating from chicago with my 9 yr old lab. due to health issues i need to be in warmer weather. i am a chef with a couple of job opps. in the phoenix area. i lived in tahoe for 4 years at 800 a month +utes. im clean,quiet,respectful,dont party hard & the dog is mellow too. i feel a housemate is best for me too meet people & to get to know the area quicker while i establish myself (about 6 months). i dont mind taking the bus (saves gas) i should have a car within a week or so & plan on flyin or renting a u haul to make the trip. any input is appreciated. thanks for considering us.
