my boyfriend and i are in our early 20's looking for a nice room to rent. we just moved here but have previous rent experience in prescott, az and have always kept up on rent. we both have jobs, he works normal business hours and i usually work in the afternoons til really late at night. my boyfriend keeps to himself for the most part and is almost always in his room. i am more social and really friendly, but also love my alone time. we're both laid back and will be respectful and compliant to the way you like your home. with pets, don't mind if you have them or you don't. i am allergic to cats, but if you keep it out of my room and off my pillow, no problem! :) i plan on going to school either this coming semester or the next. all in all we'd be really great and easy people to work with. definitely drama free and easy to talk to/ live with!

i am looking for a room for rent that is not too expensive, for the most part up to date and nice, and the owner doesn't mind two people living in the room. utilities included would be a plus. especially internet, but it's not a big deal if not. i would really like to stay away from a lease, more of a month to month kind of thing for the sole reason of i don't want to be tied down, i of course would give you plenty of time to find another roommate if that were the case, but i really have no intentions of moving somewhere else if i like it and there's no problems or anything. furnished/ unfurnished doesn't matter but i don't have a lot of furniture at all so furnished would be great! i am looking to live in the north phoenix/ paradise valley/ scottsdale area. more specifically between 32nd street (the 51) and scottsdale rd.
