i am a 52 year old woman looking for a room with reasonable rent. i need to move out in 60 days as the rent on my apartment will go up high. i want to live cheaper and eventually buy my own house. i work full time days and go to college part time.

i love my cats and i do not smoke. i prefer quiet people who do not get too much into my way. living with younger people is fine, as long as they do not do heavy drugs or have too many parties. i'm open to living with people of any race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.
