i'm a student at thomas jefferson university, and i'm looking for a place to like where i can easily get to and from tju in center city. this means i'm looking for a place within walking distance to the university, or a place within walking distance to a train i can take to market east or the patco. even if you're not in philly proper, i'm cool so long as i can walk to a train station. my budget is negotiable. i can afford a wide range; higher budgets are a problem not because i can't afford them but because i might as well just live alone. i'm a low-key person. i'll spend a lot of time outside the apartment. when i'm in, i need a place to cook/eat and a place to sleep. a common sitting area would be nice but isn't necessary.

in general, i'm a person who would gladly "turn down the volume" if asked. apply the same philosophy to other matters of common courtesy. there was no option for it, but i'm bisexual. if this bothers you we should see other people. your sexual orientation and gender doesn't matter to me. i'm perfectly happy to room with a female or a male. i have a fiancee who will occasionally stay over with me in my room (no more than 1-2 weekends per month). i am looking to start anytime, though sooner is preferable. i need a room until june or august 2013. i finish my degree in may, but am not yet sure where i will be in summer 2013.
