hey, my name is tim. my boyfriend and i are looking to find a nice room to rent. i am 20 and tyler is 21. we are very laid back guys; go with the flow and have no problem following any house rules you may have. not flamboyant. we are trying to move out to philadelphia sometime during december, but may be able to work something out if you would prefer sooner than that. we are very neat and always pick up after ourselves. we have a small/medium sized dog named roman. she is very loving and house trained.
