i am a 29 year old female. i work full time as an accountant in kop. i am looking to move into the city around jan 2014. i will be moving from jersey and my lease is up beginning of feb. i am easy going and work 9 - 5, go to the gym after work..etc. i have a pretty normal routine during the week. on weekend i would most likely be with my boyfriend who owns a home in south philly. i am looking to spen no more then $600 a month, plus whatever utilities will cost. i can go a little higher if needed. i am also not opposed to finding a 3 bedroom place and having 3 girls to keep cost down! no pets, no smoking (unless outside), no drugs. i am neat and clean up after myself. i love to cook, travel, read, watch my stupid tv shows, be outside, causal drinks, go out to eat, etc. i am pretty simple and get along with most people. i want to find someone soon who either has a place opening up in jan of 2014 or can start looking with me to move in jan 2014. e-mail me if interested and want to talk further or if you have any questions for me!
