i work in maple grove, so i'm looking for a place within a 30 minute drive from there. the one thing i do need is my own bathroom because i had a bad experience with a dorm roommate who kept the bathroom very nasty. other than that, i don't run into issues with living with others as long as the common areas are clean, what you do with your room is your own business. i work full-time and i'm in college so i won't be home very often. feel free to ask questions if you'd like to know more!
