looking for a room for my boyfriend and i. its very last minute but we had some extenuating circumstances at our current place.
we have an occasional beer are considerate and drama free. me 30's, him 20's. mellow homebodies that are both employed. he also can fix just about anything so if you have lots of projects, a trade would be more than welcome. no pets. no hassels. looking for month to month and if we all click then...? i work in the restaurant industry and he works nights at ups so industry people would be best...
we both smoke but have no prob smoking outside. prefer north east mpls but anywhere relatively close would be great as well. we have some furniture but can store what wont fit or give it away. no worries. we plan on moving (back, for me) to hawaii in sept. so looking to rent til then.
