i need a room from the end of august to the end of april. i will be going to augsburg college...planning on majoring in social work and minoring in psychology or the other way around. i am currently on a waiting list for the dorm housing...doesn't look very promising. prefer to live with a organized, down to earth female & zodiacs i am compatible with (taurus, aries, libra, scorpio, virgo, & pisces). i am a cancer crab, female, 18 years old. i have money saved up from summer live-in nanny/housekeeper job and a couple bonds from my gramms. i can get a part time job if needed. $400 max rent/mo. including utilities which is cutting it close & would like to be in walking distance/light rail/bus. thanks so much! :)
