i am a 39 year old veteran who is on social security disability. i am easy going and quiet but still go out now and then to play pool or poker. my bills always come first, and rent is definitely the first bill paid each month.

i am neat and know how to keep my room clean and take care of any items in it. i still make my bed almost every morning..laugh. i have an excellent sense of humor and i am quick witted and enjoy conversations about almost anything. '

i was a cook for nearly 10 years and can make nearly anything. sharing is a big part of me, i have a strong belief in karma.

on a normal day i would be up at 6:30am. then i get on the computer and do various things. around 3:00pm i lay down for about two hours. i then get back on the computer. i do not really watch television.

i would prefer a furnished room but would accept an empty one and fill it over time. i do not have a preference as to the bathroom being private or not. i clean up after myself anyways so it is like i am never there.

i respect the fact that the room is in someone's home and stay in the areas i am told i can use. more often than not i will be in my room. i love all animals.

i would not object to helping around the house, i am a jack of all trades and can fix just about anything. i am very well versed in computers and other technology. i do mot require anything special for my disability.

due to my current financial situation i would be unable to make a full security deposit, though i could pay it off over time if one is required. i am looking for a long term lease.
