New to the area ,I have no pets, non smoker, social drinker, very quiet, clean and private. I work alot of hours. Please only reach out if you have a clean environment. I don't do any sort of bugs.

Ideally I would like to room with a female ,someone who is down to earth, laid back and keeps to themselves other than the occasional small talk, I prefer someone over 35. my own bathroom, someone who is responsible with paying bills especially rent.. takes some precautions with regards to covid, The room can be furnished or unfurnished...Wifi is necessary, washer/dryer in the home would be great but it's not a deal breaker. If pets reside within the home great but if you have more than 3 animals this may not be a good fit..I'm seeking a place December 1st
