my 26yo son & his 23yo fiance really need a stable, safe, sane & sober place to live in lhc badly!!!
they've been in a dysfunctional environment since nov., beyond intolerable & downright illegal!
i need to know they are safe again!
they need a bdrm & own ba would be cool!
i pay their rent on 3rd of each month like clockwork!
$300-$400 max. budget & prefer utilities included.
they're a solid couple after 3yrs, sweet, clean, courteous & fun to be around.
he got into a really bad situation & went to jail from 7/13-11/13!
he'll be on supervised probation in mo.co. for 2 1/2 more years.
as his landlord you will be contacted by probation dept & a home visit.
he's clean almost 1yr already & gets random tests frequently!
zero drugs or felons in their living environment period!
