i'm looking for a safe, cheap place to live with a reasonably quiet roommate so that when i'm not working my # off, i can get some rest.

no drugs, no drunks, no @ holes. i don't want to be standing next to trouble... or distracted by mr party and friends.

i think i'm a fairly decent guy, & a hard worker. i go to church, but i'm not preachy about it. i'm trying to quit smoking, but not there yet. i can room with someone who smokes outside, but if they are smoking like a chimney all the time... it's not good for me.

i really want access to a washer/dryer but not a dealbreaker if there is a laundry nearby. kitchen/kitchenette access is also important; i know how to wash my own dishes. i don't need lots of frills or extras, but i do need a bus stop close by.
