seeking a private room in waikiki. $700 if inside the canal and $650 if barely outside; still super easy access to beach. the closer to the beach, the better. i want a fixed rate for utilities/internet as well inside the rent so there's no surprises or drama over it. ideally, i'd like to pay $700 for a private room in waikiki including utilities/internet inside the ala wai canal or barely outside near the zoo or something.
