Employed engineer that isn't relocating my family here. I'm licensed as a professional engineer. I'm a live and let live that isn't into foisting my beliefs and lifestyle on others. I pay my bills on-time and prefer a non-complicated lifestyle. I don't smoke (or use tobacco in any form), I don't drink and I don't use recreational pharmacuticals (I have a professional license that I don't want to risk among other reasons). I'm quiet, I'm here for work, I'm not a party animal, I'm not going to have overnight guest, I keep my space clean and in a reasonable state of order (not Felix or Oscar from the Odd Couple). Non smoking, non recreational pharmacuticals user, non-party animal, moderate drinker is fine not someone that is a heavy drinker or is engaged in illegal activity. Not someone that has a criminal background, has friends that do and isn't on local law enforcements radar as of interest. I'm live and let live so your preferences are your choice as long as they don't or might cause me legal issues.
