Hello. I am a friendly and kind female looking for a long term room rental for my cat and I. Reason for leaving my current residence is that my current landlord is selling his house. I have lived at my current residence for a little over 5 years. I am a responsible, well-mannered, considerate, clean, and neat woman. My cat, Pheona, just recently turned 8 years old. I have had her since she was a baby. She is very sweet and animal friendly. There is a dog in the house I am living at and they get along very well. She has also lived with other cats and birds.
