Hi my name is Mark. I am an older gentleman looking for a furnished room to rent. I am retired. I have no furniture, just my personal belongings. Music is my #1 hobby. I play several instruments.

I am a respectful person to those around me. Cleanliness is an important factor wherever I may live. I would expect the same with roommates. I do play music, but only within the boundaries of those people around me. Meaning I won't blow your ears out! I do have different sleep habits. I only sleep about 3 hours a pop. So I may be up in the middle of the night and napping in the afternoon. I am a light smoker and prefer to smoke outside. I have a rather large sense of humor.
