hey , my name is grace i am a smart 20 year old young woman who is currently looking for a female roommate (age 20-26) to either look for a place or who already has one . i've been living on my own for 2 years working two jobs hard and would like to ease the load this year by having a roommate . my price range is 750 max as for now , and would like to move by the end of december .i'm respectable , kind, funny, spunky , and responsible . i have been told i act older then my age and i agree . i don't smoke cigarets but,( i am 420 friendly but respect people's boundaries ) i have no pets or children . don't mind animals as long as they don't smell or leave hair everywhere . my circle of friends is very small, and i don't like having people in my house often . i have a morning and night job so i'm typically gone all day 5x a week . i have a had a boyfriend for two years so he is the only person that would come over a few nights a week but is also quiet and respectable . i don't believe as roommates that we have to be best friends but i would like this to be a pleasant experience and i do get along with people well . i would love to grab some food or coffee to talk about plans :)
