i'm graduating from bu this semester and so want to sublet a room in a 2 bedrooms, 1 bath apartment on babcock street from december1 - august 31.
the babcock street t station b line and the bus station are in front of the apartment (literally).
there are uburger, dunkin donuts, t anthony’s pizza and many more eating joints on the opposite street.
star market and super 88 are just 2 minutes walk away.
boston university fitrec is just a block away.
gsu is 10 minutes walk from the house.
laundry is in the building.
hot water and heat is included in the rent.
my roommate would prefer only female roommates.
you can stay alone or share the room with another female, its upto you.
