my home is a two story cape cod in a great older neighborhood. it's not a huge home but perfect for 2. its a very nice, clean, comfortable and it can be home away from home. it has 2 bedrooms on main level with a kitchen we share, but i dont really cook so you would have it to yourself alot. along with 1 bathroom also that we would share but the bonus is i have a his and hers vanity so your sink and that side would be all yours. your room or double room upstairs which is open up to a really huge bedroom or you could make one side your bedroom and other side a living room, small but quaint. but i must say the bedroom that is across from mine is the one thats 550.00. if your interested in the whole upstairs that would be 650.00. all of the rooms are fairly furnished and includes all utilities. there is cable and internet in all the rooms. all i ask is that your clean, neat, respectful to my things and my feeling. you must pay each month by the same time each month and that date would start when u move in. there is a small sec deposit up front to hold it thats 250.00. i may be negotiable on that depending on your situation. as for me im a 42 yr young straight woman. i have children but grown and have their own places, in which they will stop by but never stay to long anymore cuz they have their own lives. i also dont have any pets. if u have a small pet i may consider one but then u would need more of a deposit down. im a fun, caring, considerate woman that has a wonderful personality along with a great sense of humor! i am a strong independent woman. i do smoke but outside if your a non smoker. if i forgot to mention something or you having any questions just ask away. ok thanks for taking the time to read all this :) good luck to all in finding a place where everyone can be comfy cuz its hard living with a stranger at first!!
