i am looking for someone to take over my lease for the last 6 months of the lease.
you would have one roommate and a large dog in the apt with you.
you would be paying approx. 540 a month (thats approx. how much my half is) changes by like 10 dollars due to bills.
all that you will have to do if you like the room and the apt overall is fill out an application which is a 50 dollar fee and you would have to pay me my half of the deposit (half refundable by the apt. complex :)

you would have a walk in closet and a 3/4 bathroom
