Additional Information

I am in the process of moving back to VA from MD and I'm looking for a room during the few month transition. I am happy to save the money so I would like to stay longer if I find the right place.
I start work in Oct 2019 (In case I forget to delete this)
I want a safe and quite place though require that my roommate likes Indian food. Or at least be okay with the smell when i cook it about once a week. :)
I also would like to bring one cat. I am okay to keep her in my room, I have the Breeze odor-less litter system and would provide an additional pet deposit.
