looking for a clean roommate to share a huge newly built (2008) 3000 sq/ft home in beautiful santaquin utah. i am the home owner. the home has six bedrooms with a fully finished basement and 2.5 living rooms and two kitchens, one upstairs, and one in the basement. a state of the art home gym and treadmill available for your use takes up one of the bedrooms. fully fenced in yard with a large dog kennel area where i have my olde english bulldogge i am willing to accept a single dog but they will have to remain as mostly an outside dog. the house has a two car garage and am willing to negotiate a parking space inside of the garage for you if you are interested in that. i am asking for $450-550 a room depending on which room you choose. i pay all the utilities. please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. rent will be on a month to month basis or i can draft a six month contract if you like. i am a hard working easy going individual and enjoy letting loose on my time off, enjoy a few drinks with friends and barbeque in the backyard. etc... i am from south florida and am an aircraft mechanic at the provo airport. please le time know if you have any questions ill be happy to answer them. i will require a background check for anybody that i consider. thanks. austin.
