this is not a rooming house. there is only one other adult in the home.
you share a nicely decorated, clean bathroom.
rent is $125.00 per week.
$250.00 needed to move in- (the first week rent and one week deposit).
the room is available now. it goes quickly and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
the room has a bureau with a mirrored hutch (shown in the picture). barely visible is the twin bed with a new mattress. there's also a night stand and a small closet, carpet and a ceiling fan. very clean.
as already noted- no smokers, please. this is for one person only. all utilities included. wifi and cable.
what's interesting about my nice street is that it is residential- but you walk two or three blocks in any direction to access restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, banks, church, etc. you can catch a bus at the top of my street.
