i have a large three bedroom two bath house and i am looking to rent one of my rooms out. ..room that is available, will need to be furnished..you will share the bathroom with whoever rents the other room.. across the hall.. the house will be very nicely furnished, fully furnished kitchen with a full size fridge that you will share with other roommate when occupied.. a large garage if you needed to store a few things in it is fine.. fenced in back yard with deck.. no smoking inside but fine outside.. really looking for someone that is nice, neat and sociable..

i am approximately 35-40 min from little rock..

i expect someone that is clean and must be willing to pitch in and help clean common areas...i do not want any drama, no ex drama, no slobs and you must have a full time job... i don't mind that you have company, i just ask that they respect me and the house.. no "hard" drugs period! you will need your own linens, bed as well as towels and blankets and pillows for room

rent is 450.00 a month includes all utilities, with a 200.00 deposit which you will get back if you give a 30 day notice of moving out and leave the room completely clean... no lease =)
