i'm renting 3 room out of my four bedroom house two story 4500 sqf...one master room 22/13sqf walking closet, carpet, full furnished with beautiful chery wood furnisher lots of windows with connected bathroom(tub) to second room 11/11 very specious perfect for someone that needs two rooms one for office/hobby room/ older daughters room/grandmothers room, $750 for both rooms or $600 single master room only and $400 second bedroom and shared bathroom with all utilities included... power, gas, ac, water, alarm system/surround sound speakers thru out the house/driveway parking space/storage space in garage or casita out side/ homeoweners comunity very safe neighbored hood but no internet. third bedroom 11/11 clean carpet, own private bathroom(tub) fully furnished chery wood bedroom set, vanity mirror, night stands, $500 all utilities included ready to move in. this is an all ladies house mother and 2 older daughters very clean/neat quiet respectful and well manner and also very friendly and happy family we will like to rent to older females/older daughters ok/no cats/no inside dogs but maybe a small outside dog ok/bird ok/no drugs/no smoking cigarettes inside house/ drinking occasionally ok, we like to keep it simple and drama free we would like to meet you if interested and show you our house thank you p.s first month rent and one month deposit it can be split in two months if needed, month to month rent or six months lease. thx
