room for rent in spring valley area. i have my own bathroom in my room so the house bathroom would mainly be yours except for guest. i do host a some events at my house. there is washer and dryer, you can park in drive way. you can have your own space in kitchen and fridge. utilities are included but doesn't mean can go hog wild on ac or heat, etc. no drama or games. im a easy going person as long as no games. i do have a friendly dog. i have a back yard with pool. i prefer a non smoker but if you do smoke you have to go outside. there are chairs out there. the pictures im adding has some stuff in the room, but will be taken out. email other questions, its hard to figure out what all to put on here. thanks, paula
