this is a great deal, two for the price of one with approximately 600 square feet of space, the size of a medium apartment.
you also get a place to park (included) if you have a car, the use of a washer & dryer, and the kitchen downstairs. its wired for satellite, and a new direct tv dish/hd dish on the roof- just pay for the service and it's yours.
the location is near everything... you can walk to the supermarket, check cashing store, postal store, nail salon, bus stop, restaurants, etc.
just a short distance off of flamingo rd and durango in spring valley in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
