room for rent is the master suite. it has a private bath and walk in closet. the room is pretty big. shared use of my washer/dryer and the kitchen. the side door is right by the room. my other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house. smoking outside only.
i would prefer either a couple, a female or a gay male. must be lgbtq friendly (i am a 33yo lesbian).
i also have 2 kids, so you must be okay with that.
