looking for a roommate to share a 1600sq ft house in a nice, quiet section of downtown york, near the east end.the house is 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, finished basement, dining room/library, hardwood floors, central heating/ac, washer/dryer, cable/wi-fi, street parking, smoke free (but covered porches are smoke friendly if you need).
first and last month's rent will be due at agreement signing (6 & 12 month options available), and you will also be responsible for 1/2 of electric, gas, and cable/wi-fi. water, sewer, trash is free.
you'd be sharing the house with 2 fourteen year old cats, and myself. i am a 35 year old professional. i'm into geeky stuff, and collect books and have a side business making sci-fi movie props, and teach a stage combat class. i am not married, but i am also not single, so please don't fear that i'm trying to use this as a personals ad. i'm just looking for someone cool to share a cool house with.
