* looking for professional male roommates in a 3 bedroom 3 story townhouse.
* best wifi available, all utilities included.
* 1st room slightly larger with a larger closet =$800
* 2nd room = $700
* both rooms are on the top floor, bathroom shared b/n the two
* you can choose any one of the two rooms, available on the 1st of july.
* a minimum of 6 month lease.
* parking spot available for each room.
* laundry is also on the top floor which is convenient for the two rooms.
* large windows in all rooms, plenty of light, bright and clean.
* the kitchen, living room, downstairs bathroom and dining area are the common areas.
* common areas are furnished tv, couch, dining table etc..
* i will be in the master bedroom on the second floor most of the time, so feel free to use the space downstairs.
* the bedrooms can be furnished or unfurnished, up to you.
* i personally don't watch tv but since there will be one downstairs i don't mind getting cable, up to you.
