hi. we have a future vacancy in our three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the heart of trolley square in the 1303 building. one of the three bedrooms is becoming available because a roommate is moving out for work relocation. the room will be available as soon as 6/1/15. it is the master bedroom with its own private full bathroom.the 1 year lease ends on 10/31, so this is great fit for someone who needs something temporary, or wants to get a better feel for the area before committing to a long-term housing agreement. both of the remaining two roommates work for jpm and are great guys, so it’s also a good opportunity to meet some people in the area.
someone in their 20s would be a good fit, and male or female is fine. trolley square is a young, professional and active type of area, and so someone open to socializing and enjoying the summer/fall would be ideal. move in dates are negotiable, and we’re also happy to provide pictures/ discuss over the phone to go over any detail.
