one bedroom in a nice house in west chester is now available. it is a two minute walk from campus, has all water and utilities included in the cost, washer and dryer and full bathroom with spacious kitchen and living room common areas. parking is available for renter's vehicles free of charge. this room is perfect for a student starting in the spring semester, but there is no requirement that they be a student. the house is shared with three other roommates in good standing, my reasons for relocating are job related, and not due to any dissatisfaction with the living arrangements. i must get a definite answer by the 18th of december, so this opportunity will go quickly. the monthly rent is significantly cheaper than anything else in west chester.
