to clarify a few things from the "requirements" listed, i allow smokers but they are not permitted to smoke in the house and pets are not preferred but i am willing to consider one.

the space is the third floor of a 145 year old home in west chester, pa. it is located one block from gay street. the third floor is one large room with 2 windows and a private bath. the bathroom has a stall shower, toilet and vanity sink. there is not a closet however i have installed a closet cubby and can provide a rolling rack. there is not central air but i provide a window unit. the floors are hard wood, because of their age some rugs are required. we would share the kitchen and washer and dryer, located on the first floor. i have a great outdoor space which is there for your use as well.

a little about me...
i work part time in a design studio. i am also a ceramic artist and freelance graphic designer. when i am not at work i am either working from home or working at the pottery studio. i have a 2 year old rescue mutt, he is very sweet.
