helloi'm planning on moving on november 30th/december 1st and i'm looking for someone to occupy my room starting december 1st. the room is the larger room in a 2br 1ba 1000 sqft unrenovated unit in 1841 columbia. you are literally next to the bars and restaurant on 18th st. the building has a bike room and the largest rooftop deck in the area, perfect for lounging and bbqs when the weather is nice. the room is furnished with a full bed, mattress, wood dresser, ikea nightstand, and ikea desk. there are 4 windows with a gorgeous view up columbia rd. in the layout pictured your room is on the upper right. you also have sole access to a small closet outside the room by the doorway.
rent is $1,000 and it includes all utilities, wifi, and hd cable. $600 security deposit and references required.
your roommate is a lady in her mid 30s who is self employed as a stock broker. she is neat, considerate, and usually keeps to herself. she is open to either a male or female single occupancy roommate. no smoking, no pets, and no couples who live together.
