we are looking for a fourth roommate to fill a very large room in the basement of a five-bedroom, split level home located in vienna currently inhabited by three professionals (two men, one woman, early 30's) and two very friendly dogs. we are open to the idea of a roommate who also owns a friendly dog, there are no breed or size limitations as we have an awesome yard but definitely require the dog to be kind as they will be alone together and free to roam the house during the day. this room comes with a shared bathroom, the other occupant is a tidy and organized woman who is flexible and accommodating.
the house is a single family home with a huge kitchen, large living room, hardwood floors, open floor plan, natural light, and spacious backyard.
we are located a little less than a mile from the vienna metro station (about a 15 minute direct walk), just off nutley, and seconds from 66 and 123 putting us in a convenient location. our street is quiet and provides lots of free and easily accessible street parking for residents and guests without fear of towing. we also have a driveway.
utilities are not included and tend to run us about $90-$110 a month or less and include cable, internet, water, electricity, gas, and trash.
we are a pretty relaxed group who are just looking for someone with the same kind of attitude to fill the space.
