hello,
i have a room for immediate rent in a house located on 817 west college ave, state college. it's a real nice house with 5 other male roommates. utilities are extra. you could move in anytime from a day or two to feb 1 if that beginning of the month makes rent and such easier. i would like to sign my lease over to someone, it is good until august, but if you arent there in the summer i wouldn;t worry the house is very easy to rent out for the summer. 3 roommates left for the summer last year and all found replacements via craigslist. the red link bus stop is like a block from the house and so is nittany bev!
