i am moving out of town and am looking for someone to replace me in the house (you will not be subletting, but starting a new lease). there are currently 2 other female roommates (and a dog, a kitten, and a parrot). the room available is in the basement, with an adjacent living room area. washer & dryer are also located in the basement. $500 rent includes all utilities (water + electric+waste+internet), extra $10 for cable if you still want to keep it. the house is located right on snelling ave, so super easy access to the bus stop/airport. i can also sell you my furniture for cheap (queen size mattress + bed frame, table + 4 chairs, and lounge chair).
