if you don't like dogs this is not the home for you, we have two puppies, very friendly, a bassettdor (a mix of basset-hound and lab, and a yorkypoo a mix of yorky and poodle) they love all. almost no barking, full shot records.welcome to our beautiful sparks home...room for rent but this “room” comes with so much more, like free laundry usage (this never going to another laundry mat again) wifi (not paying for internet again) all utilities are all paid for course, off street parking, fire place, medium sized back yard, with covered patio and use of our bbq.
come share as we watch tv cable in the living room (our cable supplier offers 4 rooms and we are using 2 so for the cost of the install i believe you can have free cable in your bedroom, if it doesn't cost us it doesn't cost you!).
what's the cost! well it cost $375.00 a month rent due on or before the first (a lease of more then a month to month is an option) plus a $200.00 security /cleaning deposit.
we run this home as much as a family as possible, therefore the restroom you and the other room mate share is your responsibility i will clean the shower, and supply all cleaning supplies and paper products. there is some storage available as well in an outside shed and inside garage.
