roommate moving out.... this is only a sublet for the spring semester @ slippery rock universityyou will have 3 other roomates we each have our own rooms and bathrooms (2 bedrooms on 2nd floor (this where the room for rent is) and the 2 more on the third
the kitchen and livingroom and a guest bathroom is on the first
we only pay water and electric for utilities (cable, internet, and sewage included)
apartment contains a washer and dryer
full access to the club house which includes a gym, tanning, pool table, ping pong table, tv, computer with free printing
we have half basketball court and a full volleyball court
free parking
shopping center including giant eagle right down the street
transportation to and from campus aka the happy bus
we the roommates are very nice and friendly and like to have fun when the studyings done :) we would all like to meet you beforehand so if you are interested just contact me even if you would like more information
