hello! i own a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in north scottsdale. i am moving in with my boyfriend and looking to rent out a room and bathroom. my current roommate (29 year old female) will be staying and we are looking for a second person to rent out a room. it is a quiet and clean environment. we are both working professionals and like to have a relaxing home environment. the condo is furnished, except the bedroom being rented out. i do have a few spare pieces (dresser, night stand) if you need them. each person has their own bathroom and a walk in closet. it is a split floor plan which is nice as well. the hoa keeps the property very nice and there is a heated pool, spa, gym, tanning bed, sauna, pool table, etc. that is available to use. i have been living here almost 5 years and it is a great neighborhood! rent will be $550/month plus half the utilities (aps electric and cable/internet). move in date is flexible and lease term flexible (min 6 months). please only respond if you are living in az and/or have a way to come see the place and meet me and my roommate to ensure it will be a good fit. no pets please!
