we're looking for a housemate for our 3-br/2-bath house.our long-term housemate is leaving to live with her boyfriend.
you will have the private master bedroom and bathroom.
this spacious (12'x16') room also has a large 12' french folding paneled closet
along one wall. additional closet space is available throughout the house.
large (5'x8') master bathroom, including step-in shower.
living room and hallway of the house have dark hardwood flooring.
there is a wood-burning brick fireplace in the living room,too.
very large kitchen has light hue marble tiled floor.
the kitchen has plenty of cabinets, storage areas and glass paneled display shelving.
the large-capacity washer and dryer are in house.
the house has a/c and central gas heat.
all shared utilities include hi-speed internet and cable hookup in master suite.
there is a covered back porch, property is no maintenance dry landscaped.
there is a small separate workshop area in backyard. two car garage space
includes small work room as well.
centrally located to 85, 87, 880, and 101. major tech companies are within 17-25 minutes.
major shopping is minutes away in many directions.
the right person will be a participant in the household.
we are each professionals, one in high-tech and the other in the culinary
and horticultural arts. the "techie" lives full-time in or with his girlfriend
and visits very seldom for a couple of days for meetings yet pays equally
in rent and utilities. "what's not to like''?
we are pet-friendly and a pet is likely to be acceptable. no pets of our own.
we have a fenced-in yard.
rent is $975/month plus a 1/3 share of the utilities. averages $70/per person.
terms are first months' rent plus $1000 security deposit.
