hi,

landlord has three rooms for rent @ $125 per week plus a $400 security deposit to cover any damages to room and/or house in the s/w philly section. individuals must have a job, ssd/ssi is also acceptable. house vinyl tiled throughout. kitchen is average, bathroom is average size. individuals must be clean & take care of their areas, & share in the cleaning of the common areas. all utilities are included, washing machine in the basement, but if you want to take clothes to laundry it is a block away at the mini mall on 70th. access to 36 trolley. a/c in living room, i make regular visits to make sure no repair issues etc. must show id, and if you work, then some form of references and paystubs. rooms are unfurnished with a/c's that i will install & remove when weather changes, the larger bedroom has a closet, & then the second bedroom has a closet in. both rooms have ceiling fans. larger room faces the front of the house, & smaller rooms faces the back of the house. share kitchen and bathroom. rent must be paid on-time, not 30 days no 15 days, rent is due no later than the 10th. locks changed soon after, there will be a lockbox nearby to leave money order's only..no cash should be in box...mo's filled out completely. month to month lease....provisions will be included in the lease as well.
