Introduction
I am posting this on behalf of my son. He is 30 yrs. old. He is Deaf with some cognitive limitations. He has a large 2BR apt. The roommate would have the larger of the 2 rooms.Additional Information
We are looking for a male in his 20s to 40s who is working or going to school full time. The roommate does not have know American Sign Language ( ASL) but should be willing to learn some basic signs. The roommate should be willing to authorize a full background check. Our son currently uses the larger of the two bedrooms but would move to the smaller bedroom.The apartment has a covered parking space, onsite laundry and a pool for the summer.
It is across the street from Ascension Rochester Hospital, and a ten minute walk to downtown Rochester. It is a 10 minute drive to Oakland University. We are looking for a minimum six month commitment. Rent price can be negotiated.
