hi! i am looking for someone to take over my lease.

the apartment is located in the museum district of richmond, va, the rent is $650/month+ utilities, with street parking and a parking lot in the back. the unit is a 2 bed/1 bath, and i am moving out of my room, but i am leaving 1 female roommate behind who has 1 cat. there is a washer/dryer located in the unit, as well as a dishwasher. all new, stainless steel appliances. the whole complex was newly renovated right before we moved in.

the neighborhood is nice and quiet, with plenty of dogs around (always a good thing). since it is an apartment complex, there are plenty of outdoor spaces, including a dog park, a pool, and club house with 24 hour gym access and a pool table.

i have great neighbors, live in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood, and never have had a problem with noise or anyone acting obnoxious.
